Hello! I’m a Colorado native and new to the Gunnison Valley, where I’ve recently opened my private counseling practice. I spent a decade in corporate America, followed by 18 years in mortgage and banking, while raising two children, giving me firsthand insight into parenting and family life.

After overcoming health challenges through Ayurveda, yoga, and neuroplasticity, I’ve spent 12 years sharing these practices. I hold a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and specialize in supporting individuals, couples, and families through life transitions. Certified in EMDR and Gottman Couples Therapy (Level 1), I also integrate Structural Family Therapy and other modalities.

I combine professional expertise with personal experience to help clients grow, heal, and find balance. Outside of work, I enjoy the mountains and look forward to connecting with the Gunnison Valley community!
